RGIK Scientific Committees Meeting

The meeting of the RGIK Scientific Committees was held on 24 and 25 November 2022 in Fribourg, Switzerland & Online. The meeting was organised on topics related to the RoGI and RGV committees and was attended by 18 members. The objectives of this meeting were:

  • exchange on the ongoing developments within the Action Group,
  • discuss and solve some current open issues,
  • elaborate the roadmap for the future of the Action Group after June 2023,
  • prepare the RGIK workshop during the next EUCOP (June 2023)

The workshop was sponsored by the International Permafrost Association (IPA) and the Department of Geosciences, University of Fribourg (UniFR).
